For Tier 1 Tennis only. For families whose player has had a tennis evaluation. Enter the code from your coach to open the Tier 1 Academy Application.
How enrollment works

Your player has a free on-court tennis evaluation with a Tier 1 coach.
- 02
The coach recommends a tennis group for your player to enroll in.
- 03
You fill out the Tier 1 Academy Application.
- 04
Academy Operations receives your enrollment and registers your player in Court Reserve.
