Academy Policy
TIER 1 ACADEMY AUTO-ENROLLMENT POLICY
Full commitment, billing, opt-out, and session calendar terms for Tier 1 Tennis Academy families.
Terms of Auto-Enrollment
- Annual commitment from September 2, 2025 to June 21, 2026.
- After-School Academy: 3 days per week.
- Junior Academy: 2 days per week.
- Junior Academy Prep, Foundations, and High School Training: 2 days per week.
- Policy covers Fall 1 through Spring 2, excluding Winter break camps (Dec. 22 to Jan. 4).
Billing & Opt-Out
- First billing date: August 18 (two weeks before session to ease overlap with summer training payments).
- Ongoing billing: 3 weeks before the start of each session.
- To opt out of future auto-enrollment, notify in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the next session start:

- Re-entry requires a new application and is subject to waitlist availability.
Additional Terms
- No refunds or makeups for missed classes due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons.
- Credits are issued only for missed classes due to tournament participation. Special circumstances are reviewed case by case.
- To take private lessons with Tier 1 coaches, athletes must be enrolled in Tier 1 group classes.
- After submitting the application form, the team reviews the schedule request and confirms by email.
- Program offerings, pricing, and schedules may be adjusted with advance notice.
