Form submissions are stored in secured Google Sheets accessible only to authorized Tier 1 Performance staff and, when relevant, authorized staff from the applicable partner club. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

Gritty, Our Website Assistant

Gritty is the automated assistant in the corner of this website. It is not a person. It answers questions about our programs from a fixed set of facts and passes anything it cannot answer to our team. It is meant for parents and guardians, not for players under 13.

• What is stored: the messages you type and Gritty's replies, the buttons you tap, the page you were on, and, if you choose to leave them, your name and email address. Gritty does not collect your IP address, device details, or location, and it does not use cookies.
• Why: so a coach can follow up when you ask for a reply, and so we can see which questions Gritty answers well and which it does not, and improve it.
• Who sees it: Tier 1 Performance leadership, and the Tier 1 staff at the club you asked about when you leave your contact details so they can reply. Chats are stored in a secured Google Sheet owned by Tier 1 Performance. We never sell or share them.
• Health information: please do not share medical or injury details with Gritty. If you do, Gritty stops and asks you to email the coaching team instead.
• How long: chats are kept for now, and we will review the retention period after the first year.
• Deletion: email Tier1@woodinvillesportsclub.com with the approximate date of your chat and the name or email you used, and we will delete it.

Children's Privacy

Our programs serve junior athletes and we understand the importance of protecting children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. All form submissions for junior athletes should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
