Intro to Golf(Ages 4–6)

For our youngest golfers looking for an introduction to the sport — no experience or equipment needed. Play-based first swings with a high coach-to-player ratio, plus putting-green and turf games designed to build coordination, safety, and a love for the game. The front door to our pathway.

Recommended: 1 day per week

01

Golf Club (7–9)(Ages 7–9)

Entry level to intermediate. Structured 90-minute classes build the core fundamentals — grip, stance, putting, chipping, and full swing — using the Operation 36 skill ladder. Periodic evaluations measure skill level so every player knows their next rung. Beginners are very welcome.

Recommended: minimum 2 days per week

02

Golf Club (10–12)(Ages 10–12)

The same fundamentals and Operation 36 ladder as our 7–9 group, in its own age band to keep players engaged through team play and social competition. Periodic evaluations track progress — reaching the top levels puts a player on the radar to move up to High Performance.

Recommended: minimum 2 days per week

03

Tier 1 High Performance(Ages 10+ · By Approval Only)

For dedicated athletes competing in local tournaments, playing for high school teams, and aspiring to collegiate golf. An advanced performance track built on data-driven simulator training covering mechanics, course strategy, and mental preparation through the teen years. Entry is by coach approval — players are evaluated through Golf Club or a free assessment.

Recommended: 2–3 group days + 1 private lesson per week

WHY TIER 1

Coaching matters.
Systems matter more.

There are many ways to run a session. Building a player requires structure.

At Tier 1, development follows defined standards. Progression is earned, not assumed.

Repetition shapes technique. Technique shapes results. Early foundations save time.

Technique compounds. So do mistakes.

Clarity. Consistency. Progression.

FULL-TIME GOLF FACILITIES

Tier 1 indoor golf simulator suite

Indoor Simulator Suites

Indoor simulator bays give golfers year-round reps, ball-flight feedback, and a controlled environment for technical work, combine testing, and structured scoring practice.

Tier 1 academy study house interior

Academy Study House

The academy house gives full-time golfers a dedicated place to study, reset, and stay organized between training blocks, lessons, and on-course work.

Tier 1 recovery and performance facility

Recovery + Support Spaces

Recovery, lounge, and support areas help athletes move smoothly between golf training, academics, and the daily demands of long-term development.

Tier 1 campus and facility environment

Integrated Campus Access

Golf, APL, academics, and support spaces are all part of one connected daily environment, making the schedule more efficient for serious student-athletes.

Tier 1 golf simulator training bay

SIMULATOR TRAINING

Indoor simulator sessions make it possible to track ball flight, start lines, contact patterns, and scoring tendencies in a repeatable environment. That gives golfers more high-quality reps when weather, daylight, or scheduling would otherwise limit training.

Tier 1 Athletic Performance Lab for golf athletes

APL TRAINING

Golf performance at Tier 1 is not limited to the range. Athletes use the Athletic Performance Lab for speed, balance, mobility, force production, and golf-specific movement work that supports healthier swings and stronger long-term development.

Tier 1 support spaces for academics and recovery

STUDY + SUPPORT

Full-time golf follows the same high-accountability support model as the rest of the academy. Supervised academics, quiet work space, recovery areas, and flexible planning around training and travel are all built into the experience.

Campus Access

Full-Time Golf athletes will have access to the same academic support model used across Tier 1's full-time environment, including supervised study time, flexible planning around tournament travel, and day-to-day structure that supports both performance and school progress.

Academics

Tier 1 is built for student-athletes who are serious about development in training and in the classroom. We work with several flexible academic partners, including private and tuition-free online options, so families can choose a school model that supports high-level training, competition travel, and long-term academic success.

Need help choosing the right academic path? Our team can help families identify the best school option based on training volume, travel, and long-term goals.

Competition Model

STRATEGIC
COMPETITION

PATHWAY TOURS

Athletes progress through the right competitive pathway for their age and level, including US Kids, RMJT, WJGA, and other regional development tours.

LOCAL COURSE PARTNERSHIPS

Relationships with local courses create more opportunities for practice rounds, on-course coaching, and real playing environments beyond the range.

LONG-TERM TOURNAMENT PLANNING

Competition is scheduled with purpose so players build confidence, gain experience, and move forward at the right pace instead of chasing events too early.

RECRUITING EXPOSURE

For older and higher-level golfers, tournament selection can be aligned with college coach visibility, timeline planning, and the next stage of the pathway.
