Filipp Pogostkin, co-founder of Tier 1 Performance Tennis Academy in California, has developed multiple world-class juniors including a Wimbledon Doubles Champion while holding certifications from USTA High Performance and the Global Professional Tennis Coach Association.

Jon Bair, Director of Player Development at Tier 1 Performance and former director at Legacy Tennis Academy, has coached multiple Gold Ball winners and served as a training partner for WTA professionals including Jessica Pegula and Shelby Rogers while maintaining elite certifications from USPTA and USTA High Performance.

German, has over a decade of experience in high-performance tennis. He served as a USTA Faculty Coach for the PNW and co-led a USTA-awarded program in Kirkland, WA that produced multiple Division I players. Sarah Stone, former world No. 8 doubles player and founder of the Women's Tennis Coaching Association, has coached Samantha Stosur to three Grand Slam titles while guiding six players to achieve top 100 WTA rankings.

Kevin, former Division 1 tennis player at the University of Maryland Baltimore County who trained alongside ATP star Frances Tiafoe, joined Tier 1 High Performance in 2023 with a proven track record of developing blue-chip and collegiate players including Cornell graduate Khary Pryce.

Maksim Kan, former top 5 blue chip recruit and Wake Forest University tennis standout who helped secure the school's first #1 NCAA ranking and ACC conference title, joined Tier 1 Performance in 2022 as a leading senior coach developing emerging tennis talents.

Vivek, a recent University of Idaho Division I tennis graduate with two NCAA conference titles and an ITA doubles title, brings international training experience from JC Ferrero Academy in Spain and has successfully coached juniors, including developing a top-57 nationally ranked player for the class of 2029.

Gabriel Décamps, a former UCF standout and two-time ITA Singles All-American, reached NCAA Singles Championship quarterfinals and achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 262 while capturing multiple ITF titles in both singles and doubles.

Rebeka Stolmár, a Hungarian tennis player and former UCF team captain, earned All-American doubles honors while leading the Knights to consecutive Sweet 16 appearances before turning professional, where she captured one ITF singles and seven doubles titles while achieving career-high WTA rankings of No. 513 in singles and No. 431 in doubles.

Madison Bourguignon, an American tennis player from Seattle. Achieving a career-high WTA ranking of No. 989, notable junior success including consecutive ITF titles at the 2014 Guatemala Grade 4 and Costa Rica Bowl Grade 3 tournaments.
