TIER 1 Academy Auto-Enrollment Agreement
Terms of Auto-Enrollment:

Commitment:

• Annual commitment from September 2, 2025 - June 21, 2026

• After-School Academy: 3 days per week

• Junior Academy: 2 days per week

• Junior Academy Prep, Foundations, and High School Training: 2 days per week

Session Dates:

• The auto-enrollment policy covers all sessions from Fall 1 through Spring 2, with the exception of winter break camps (Dec. 22 - Jan. 4)

• First Billing Date: August 18 (two weeks before the session to ease overlap with summer training payments)

• Ongoing Billing: 3 weeks before the start of each session

Opt-Out Policy

• If you wish to opt out of auto-enrollment for any future session, you must notify in writing to tier1enrollment@woodinvillesportsclub.com at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the next session.

• Re-entry will require a new application and is subject to waitlist availability.

Credits for Missed Classes

• No refunds or makeups will be offered for missed classes. This includes absences due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons.

• Credits will be issued only for missed classes due to tournament participation.

• We will evaluate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Private Lesson Policy

• In order to take private lessons from Tier 1 coaches, you must be enrolled in Tier 1 group classes

• After you submit the application form, our team will review your schedule request.

• Once reviewed, we’ll email you to confirm your schedule or outline the next steps.

• The club reserves the right to adjust program offerings, pricing, or schedules as needed, with advance notice to families.
